Oil immersed distribution transformers
The transformers are designed in accordance with norms IEC 60076 in order to optimize the efficiency. For European market ,the calculation is made according to Ecodesign regulation, norms EN 50588-1, tier 1 and tier 2.
When the transformers are connected to inverters, the design is made as stated from IEC 61378-1 norms.
For all transformers the large experience, the technological ability connected with high quality guarantees a reliable product with an expected lifetime span in normal condition over 30 years.

Technical featuresStandard: the transformers are built in accordance with IEC 60076 standards (or other International standards) and with efficiency as per Ecodesign regulation, norms EN 50588-1, tier 1 and tier 2.
Core: the core is built up of cold rolled oriented grain steel sheet with low specific losses and noise.
Windings: the windings are made as standard of electrolytic copper. Wide oil ducts allow a perfect oil circulation, also inside the windings. Before assembling, the windings are submitted to drying process.
Tank: standard execution with fins or radiators . Painting internally oil resistant and externally corrosion proof. Execution with conservator or hermetically sealed.
Bushings: are made of brown porcelain, in accordance with UNEL- DIN-ANSI standard or other required.
Oil: the transformers are filled with mineral oil, according to IEC standards. Preferably is used vegetable biodegradable oil FR3. Upon demand, filling can be made by using insulating silicon oil.
Standard accessories: off load tap changer, oil conservator, oil level indicator, oil filling and drain vent, air vent, dehydrating breather connection, thermometer pocket, earthing terminal, lifting lugs, bidirectional wheels,name plate.
Optional accessories: cable box for MV and or LV bushings; thermometer dial type with electric contacts, Buchholz relay, dehydrating breather, MV tap changer, centralization box.
Test: all transformers are singly tested with routine test, according to IEC 60076-13 standards. Upon request the following type test can be carried out: temperature rise, full wave impulse test, noise level.
Installation: inside and outside.
Functional characteristicsUtilisation: The transformers are apt for humid ambient, with electric conducting dust. If foreseen they can be installed in safety increased area and by using an appropriate oil, they can stand a temperature below -25°C.
Environment: low noise level; non polluting with vegetal oil FR3.
Electric: partial discharges reduced or none ;noise level reduced and limited from oil and tank.
